RESTAURANT Enjoy a continental breakfast, with fresh tropical fruit and traditional Panamanian and international dishes. Savor our daily specials for lunch and dinner, one home made menu per day. In the afternoon, taste our variety of desserts and Bar-B-Q in the Gazebo with distinctive personal attention and homemade recipes. ACTIVITIES Cerro Azul, located in the Chagres National Park, boasts a great diversity of flora and fauna, with migratory, endemic and rare species. Only a few minutes from Panama City, Hostal Casa de Campo places you within an ecological paradise in the romantic scenery of flowing valleys and mountain peaks, with a delightful climate where you can choose among scenic trails, biking, river rafting, and in the evening… a concert of birds and wind entice you to dream. Day 1 We'll arrive at Casa de Campo at about 7:00 a.m. After time to settle in and brouse around, we'll take a one hour hike into a very humid tropical Forest in the Chagres National Park down to Rio Indio (Indian River) for a dip in it's crystal clear waters. We'll have a picknic lunch on the riverside (2,200 ft. above sea level). After lunch we'll begin our hike back which will take about 1 ½ hours and require greater effort due to the up hill return. Refreshments, a sulfur soap and vegetable sponge shower and then an Antistress Therapy (Shiatsu Massage) await us. Dinner will be served at 7:00 p.m. Day 2 After Breakfast, we'll transfer to Cerro Jefe (Chief Hill) Forest Reserve Pre-Mountain Rain Forest 2,800 ft. above sea level for a hike to observe the flora and vegetation. We?ll visit Cascada (a waterfall) El Cantar. Swimming for those who disire. Then back for lunch at Meson Tia Toya and afternoon shower with sulfur soap, vegetable sponge and a Relaxing Therapy (Reflexo logy). Dinner at 7:00 p.m. Day 3 5:00 a.m. wake up call for an early Bird-watching hike. We'll return at about 10:00 a.m. for breakfast. Then Sunbathing with our own special natural oils formula (coconut, carrot and aloa vera anti-oxidant lotion). After our B.B.Q. lunch we'll continue Bird-watching until 5:00 p.m. fallowed by our sulfur soap and vegetable sponge shower. Then, of course, a Relaxing or Energizing Therapy (Aromatherapy). Don?t forget dinner, you guessed, at 7:00 p.m. Day 4 Breakfast at 8:00 a.m. and leasure until checkout time at 11:00 a.m. |
